Online Yearly Renewal

Renewal of TURKTRUST e-signature certificate is done in the following way

  • In order to renew your e-signature, you have to click on Online İşlemler tab located on top right corner of our Website.” butonuna tıklayınız.
  • As you can see on the picture; enter your e-mail, your password and captcha, then hit “Giriş” button. If you forgot your password, then click Parolamı Unuttum link.
  • After entering SMS code which will come to your phone, click on “Devam” button. You will be entered into your Online Transactions page.
  • After entering your account click on “Sertifikalar” tab.
  • Choose the “Geçerli” (valid) certificate from certificates menu.
  • After choosing “Geçerli” (valid) certificate, click on “Sertifika Yenileme” tab. Then, java application will start running. If your java application is not up to date, below screen view will appear. Then you should click on “Bu kez çalıştır”.
  • In order to run java application, as you can see from the screen view below, you should turn on “I accept the risk and want to run this application” and click on Run button.
  • After filling required fields from below screen view (e-signature must be connected), click “Kabul ediyorum” button.
  • Click “Devam” button.
  • After choosing the certificate you would like to renew, click “Devam” button.
  • After entering your e-signature password, click “Tamam” button.
  • After all, your renewal request has been accomplished successfully.

  • If you would like to make your payment by credit card, you can create your payment through “Ödemeler” section.
    If you would like to make your payment through bank transfer, then you can reach our bank information through E-Signature
    If you already made a payment through credit card, our system sends automatic message to your e-mail. You should forward that e-mail to . If you already made a payment through bank transfer, then you should send the receipt to or fax it to us.
